Sofacouch Returns and Refunds Policy

At Sofacouch, you can shop with confidence. We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns period from the date of your delivery. We strive to provide you with all the necessary information to make an informed decision about your purchase. We encourage you to double-check measurements, room space, and colour schemes before purchasing. To help prevent any unexpected surprises, we offer fabric samples.

Returns Policy

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.

Products That Cannot Be Returned:

• • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than to inspect).

• • Products that have been damaged.

• • Products without original packaging and labels.

• • Products that have been assembled in any way.

• • Customised products.

Damages and Issues

It is very important that you inspect your order upon delivery, as we will ask you to sign to confirm that it is in good condition. If you are not satisfied, please inform the delivery team immediately.

Our quality team ensures that all products meet the highest standards before delivery. If we have missed something or sent the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Our team will assess your complaint and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.

Collection Costs

Our collection cost is £299 anywhere in the UK where we have delivered.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please cancel your existing order and place a new one.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned products. However, different banks and card companies have varying terms, so please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reach your account.

Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sofacouch.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
