Our delivery service is both swift and reliable, with thousands of items in stock ready for dispatch. We aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days—yes, you heard that right! On the rare occasion that something isn’t in stock, we’ll get in touch to arrange delivery before your lead time ends.

Delivery Charge

We deliver all our products for free—yes, FREE DELIVERY to the UK mainland. We’re committed to providing the best, stress-free service, ensuring your new item arrives in style. Our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully deliver it to a room of your choice, unpack it, assemble it, and even plump it if needed, leaving it looking perfect.

Please Note: We currently do not deliver to offshore postcodes. We only cover the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

Things to Check Before We Arrive

Have you checked that the product will fit? All our product pages include detailed measurements, and you can use our AR technology to visualise the sofa in your room. If you’re unsure whether the sofa will fit, please contact us.

Ensure you’ve entered the correct details in your order, including contact and address details.

Is there clear access and parking for the delivery drivers? If there’s anything unusual, or if you’re unsure, just let us know prior to delivery.

Booking Your Delivery

We want to make shopping with us as simple and stress-free as possible. If you purchase a product that’s in stock and ready for delivery, you’ll be given a delivery date at the time of purchase (this can be done at checkout).

Day of Delivery

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message from our delivery team confirming a time window.

When the delivery team arrives, they’ll find a safe place to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice.

The team will assemble your sofa and leave it ready for use. Please inspect the sofa while the drivers are there to ensure you’re happy with the delivery and the product.

Packaging

We care about the environment, which is why our delivery teams will remove the packaging from your sofa free of charge. We’ll ensure as much of it is recycled as possible.

Please note, returns must be in the original packaging or something similar. If you’re not 100% certain about the product, ask the delivery team to leave the packaging with you, as they will take it away unless told otherwise.

Take Away Old Sofa

While we do not currently offer a removals service, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You’ll find all the information you need below.

You can contact the British Heart Foundation directly to arrange collection of your unwanted furniture at a time that suits you. They’ll then sell it in one of their 700+ shops throughout the UK, with proceeds going to fund life-saving research. So, you can get rid of your unwanted items and feel good about it too.
